Summary

Looking for an angel investor that have the same vision for our company is difficult, not because there are none but because of the situation we find ourselves in, and at this stage majority of investors reading this pitch has already stopped reading because this is not a normal pitch, and actually very sad situation. LET ME EXPLAIN.
I started my company back in 2002 with minimal capital, packing vegetables out of a garage size room, and marketing it to local restuarants and fast food outlets, each year I grew the company baby steps at a time, and in 2009 I was in the position to build a proper factory and we implemented the proper food safety systems and got accredited. That year we signed Yum Brands (KFC) and we were sole supplier of process vegetables like lettuce, coleslaw and tamatoes to the entire Eastern Cape, parts of the Western Cape and parts of Kwazulu Natal. Now if you are an investor outside South Africa you would ask what areas is this, well basicly one quarter of South Africa we supply if there is a KFC in our region they have to order from us. Later on Burger King, Hungry Lion and now Nandos came on board all fast food establishments and we are sole suppliers to them in the same area.
In 2018 we grew our revenue to R 7000 000.00 more or less $432 128.00 per annum. Now you probably ask why you need an investor, well this is not the nice part, but we want to be honest and truthfull and hope to find someone to assist. Just before peak season 2019 (December 2019) our factory was attacked by armed criminals the totally destroyed our factory cooling system resulting into hundreds and thousands worth of damage, for this reason we had to shut down because refrigeration is the heart of our factory and without that it becomes a food safety risk, and our clients don't compromise when it comes to food safety. Because it was December most parts could only be ordered when holidays was over middle January 2020, the insurance paid out the damages and we repaired our system, but they refused to pay out business interruption, as they said it was not under the fire section where business interruption is under. We however had enough capital of the years profit to carry us for this 2 months of non supply. KFC visited us beginning of February 2020 to inspect if all our refrigeration issues was sorted and for us to start supplying, and then literally 1 week after they were there we got hit again, our security guards were gun pointed and even more damage was done, this leaded into another shut down. The police is currently busy with a commercial sabotage investigation as we can't understand why we are targeted in this way, an suspect was also arrested and the police are busy with interrogation. We however are in a catch 22 we still have all the contracts and our clients are waiting for us to get our plant sorted out, the plant will be sorted before the 24th of this month as this is when we will have our next KFC supplier audit. We however need an investor to assist with capital for cash flow purposes, on top of this we have bigger plans for the company that will secure a national contract with KFC. We now need someone special to believe like we believe, we have pumped all our capital into this business for 15 years and we have financially strong clients, we need to get financially stable now so we can grow with our clients. Equity is on offer for our company and currently i am 100% shareholder, we are open to any suggestions. Please help we have honestly worked our entire adult lives to build this company.
